BHNHF9 Suite

concept

Designed as a private suite, these two rooms unfold as a richly layered sequence of spaces where color, texture, and craftsmanship create an atmosphere of quiet indulgence. Wrapped entirely in Brilliant Blue 5007 from walls and doors to bespoke details, the interior embraces a bold monochromatic approach that feels both dramatic and deeply cocooning. Balancing vintage character with curated contemporary elements, the result is a space that transcends function and invites a more elevated way of living.

The living room balances architectural elegance with contemporary comfort. The ceiling was intentionally painted grey to echo the existing carpet and enhance the beauty of the original stucco detailing, creating a refined sense of cohesion. As a focal point, the sofa was reupholstered in a luxurious linen by ÉLITIS, adding texture and understated sophistication to the space.

A carefully curated mix of vintage and contemporary pieces brings depth and character to the interior. Existing furniture was thoughtfully restored and reimagined rather than replaced, preserving its history while giving it a renewed identity. This approach creates a layered aesthetic that feels collected, timeless, and uniquely personal.

The bedroom serves as the heart of the suite, combining bold design with a sense of comfort and escape. Both the bespoke headboard and curtains feature iconic fabrics by Matthew Williamson (Cocos and Dragonfly Dance) introducing color, pattern, and artistic expression. The bed itself was an existing piece that was transformed through reupholstery, demonstrating how thoughtful design can breathe new life into cherished furniture.
